Do you need help, support or information? Why not contact us?
WHY ARE WE HERE?
Carers Together has applied its knowledge of caring in this web site to offer support for carers living anywhere in Hampshire including Southampton and Portsmouth. People can share their concerns, link to other carers, learn about the available support and how to access it for their own needs.
|
|
WHO ARE WE FOR?
It is for people - relatives, friends or neighbours - who are looking after or are concerned about another person. This may be because they are old and frail, have a disability or a long or short term health condition. Or perhaps they are isolated or struggling to cope.

COULD I TALK TO SOMEONE?
You can use the CALL listening line number above, or register as a carer and 'talk' to each other, sharing experiences from the FORUM link above. If you would like to do this contact CT using the address above.
You will then be given a password in order to enter the Forum.
