You are not expected to attend at the start and stay to the end and you do not have to speak. It’s a mini-respite period. Conversation is not centred on caring issues, but you can discuss any issues with your Carer Support Worker and/or with other Carers. Petersfield, Hayling, Fareham, Sunnyside Group, Activities Café and Tuesday Rovers are all running each month. >The Emsworth group meets on a quarterly basis. If you would like to join us at any of our Cafés or activities you will be most welcome. I can arrange a lift for those without a car. If you are interested in receiving Minutes please contact me.
