Carers Christmas Lunch. Booking essential
Wednesday 21 December 2011, 12.30pm, Sinah Warren Hotel, Ferry Rd, Hayling Island.
Mulled wine will be served on arrival, then there will be a three course Christmas lunch (Turkey or Salmon). Dancing will be available until 4.00pm in the Pavillion. Cost £12.00 cash can be paid on the day.

FREE Carers Relaxation Day - A favourite therapy or try something new!
A variety of therapies (Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Manicure, Pedicure) and activities will be available (card making, gardners corner, bowls, xmas decorations, glass painting, cross stich etc). All therapies and activities free, as is lunch, tea and coffee. We will be holding a raffle too.
