Why are we here?
Carers Together is a carer led organisation that offers support for carers living anywhere in Hampshire including Southampton and Portsmouth. This website provides information about how to share your concerns, link to other carers, learn about the available support and how to access it for your own needs.
Who are we for?
We support relatives, friends or neighbours - who are looking after or are concerned about another person. This may be because they are old and frail, have a disability or a long or short term health condition. Or perhaps they are isolated or struggling to cope.

Could I talk to someone?
Please do contact us with any queries you may have - click here for area contact numbers or phone our main office above. You can also use the CALL listening line number above if you would just like to talk to someone, in confidence.

Can I read about it?
Carers Together has a large resource of useful information for carers and professionals. You can access these from the left hand column on any page. Please read the Copyright information.

Win prizes!
Why not join our pdf logo100 Club and help us raise money to support carers with a chance of winning a prize yourself?
Better odds than the lottery for a local good cause!

The office is usually open from 9.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
At other times, please leave your telephone number on the answering
machine, email us, or use the enquiry form.
We will respond as soon as possible.
